Frequently Asked Questions

All sales are final. Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be to the discretion of the company if it could be honored. 

Orders are unable to be edited once made, therefore a new order would have to be placed if an item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an order. In these cases, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order outside of the 24-hour window, but only once a new order has been placed by the customer.

Orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.  The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Once shipped, orders usually take 3-5 days for delivery. 

After your order has been placed, payment approved, and processed, your products order will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. Your final total/transaction price includes taxes and shipping. There is a handling fee for all products that are shipped.

The customer is required to cover the additional shipping costs after the items as been returned to the company – even if shipping fees were waived for the customer during purchasing. Once products have been shipped Dr. Walt’s Company does not hold responsibility for any packages that lost or stolen.

Packages that are returned to Dr. Walt’s will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the provided email address for each order to include the tracking number. If packages are missing, please report all missing shipments to USPS

Again, all sales are final. Products are hand made in small batches. No two products will be identical, so slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency is not abnormal. 

If an item is missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within three (3) days of the delivery date.
