Dr. Walt’s Company
We reserve the right to refuse the return of products. We do not offer refunds on Dr. Walt’s Company products; sales are final. If a customer cannot receive their products due to undeliverable circumstances, we will request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you – even if shipping fees were waived for the customer during purchasing.

Dr. Walt’s Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Once products have been shipped Dr. Walt’s Company does not hold responsibility for any packages that lost or stolen.

After your order has been placed, payment approved, and processed, your products order will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. Your final total/transaction price includes taxes and shipping. There is a handling fee for all products that are shipped.

If an invalid shipping address, the customer will covering additional shipping costs after the items as been returned to Dr. Walt’s Company by USPS. We will request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you – even if shipping fees were waived for the customer during purchasing.

USPS Ground Deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present.

Shipping Confirmation:
After your products are shipped, Dr. Walt’s Company will send a shipping confirmation email to the customer’s email address for each order to include the tracking number. Please report all missing shipments to USPS
