At this time, Dr. Walt’s Co ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been approved. Processing time does not include transit time with the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, orders are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs & Handling

Your final checkout total includes applicable taxes and shipping charges. A handling fee may apply to all shipped orders.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Dr. Walt’s Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Returned & Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Dr. Walt’s Co due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery are not eligible for a refund.

If a returned package is eligible for reshipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, even if the original order qualified for free shipping within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout, including your tracking number.
